I think it’s worth it for the lessons. The prices are good for what you get, i don’t really get why people would complain if they’re actually using the lessons.

I do like that the lessons are easy to fit into my schedule, which is a relief because my days are already all over the place. The only frustrating part is that whenever I need something last minute, the good slots are usually already gone, so it kind of feels like I’m stuck working around whatever’s left

I didn’t really find many tutors I actually liked, and the options felt limited for what I needed. It kind of felt like instead of helping me find a better fit, they made it my problem to just work with whatever was available.

I had a small issue where my lesson booking wasn’t showing up correctly, so I messaged Verbling support and tried to act like I wasn’t immediately checking my inbox every five minutes.
I was expecting to wait at least a day or two, but they replied within a few hours. The nice part was that it actually felt like someone read my message, not just some generic copy-paste reply. They fixed the issue and explained what had happened.

So yeah, calmly speaking, it was a good experience. Quick help, clear answer, problem solved. I felt better using the site after that

I did end up getting my refund without any real trouble, so that part was totally fine, but I have to say the cancellation rules felt a bit strict because sometimes plans change at the last minute and it would be nice if there were just a little more flexibility instead of feeling like you have to follow the policy exactly no matter what

I assumed there would only be a few language options, but there are actually a lot to choose from. Nice if you need something specific.

The audio cut out a couple of times, and the video seemed to freeze during most of the classes. It made it kind of hard to follow along.
